Traveling to Park City UT is Quick and Easy

Most major Airlines offer service to Salt Lake City. It’s a major hub with more than 700 flights arriving daily. Car Rental companies are located right across the street from the Main Terminals. If you prefer a Shuttle Service, both Park City Transportation & All Resorts Express maintain desks at both terminals. Whether you drive or ride, the road up Parleys Canyon is spectacular. The route follows interstate 80 for 30 miles up through some of the most beautiful foothills of the Wasatch Mountains. You exit the interstate at Kimball Junction (elevation 6500 ft) & proceed south thru six miles of alpine meadows surrounded by gorgeous mountains on both sides of scenic highway 224. Park City has purchased large tracts of this land to preserve as open space.

As you enter the historic mining town of Park City, there are more exciting things to see and do. The town is full of world class Restaurants, fabulous Shopping & unique cultural events including the internationally renown Sundance Film Festival.

Park City Mountain

Park City Mountain covers 3,300 acres with seven peaks & nine powder filled bowls. There are 15 lifts with more than 100 thrilling ski runs. There are four terrain parks & a world renown superpipe. It’s the only resort that has direct access from Park City’s Historic Main Street. The Resort covers 3,300 acres with seven peaks & nine bowls. It rises from a base elevation is 6,900 feet (2,014 Meters) to a summit of 10,000 feet ( 3,049 meters).

Deer Valley Resort was ranked the #1 ski resort in North America in 2008 and again in 2009 by the readers of Ski magazine. It is also consistently ranked #1 in the individual areas of dining, guest service and mountain grooming. Arriving in Park City

Once you’re here, getting around town and to & from the Ski Resorts is easy with Park City’s free Bus System. Buses operate daily throughout most of the community. There are many Kids Activities from Ski Schools to Summer Camps. Teach them to Ski or Ice Skate or Take Them Sailing on the Jordanelle or Fishing on the Provo or Hiking in the Beautiful Mountains above Park City.
