Historic Main Street

Historic Main Street Offers Something for Everyone

Come Out and Mingle with the Locals and Enjoy the Fresh Mountain Air!

Founded by Silver Miners in search of the American Dream, Park City has not lost its spirit of adventure since it was founded in 1860. Over 400 million dollars in Silver have been extracted from the surrounding mountains creating 23 individual millionaires in the process. The city itself has survived three epic fires, including one in 1898 which wiped out over 200 homes and businesses.

The buildings along Historic Main Street today are what rose from the ashes at the turn of the 20th century from that Great Fire, giving the modern day town the humble essence of the Old West. Park City’s wild history is ever present as new construction retains the look of the original architecture.
Historic Main Street is nestled in between three of North America’s Top Rated Ski Resorts including #1 Deer Valley Resort, #5 Park City Mountain Resort and #18 The Canyons Resort. It’s a social magnet for a worldwide array of tourists and friendly locals alike.
